The whole production line mistake prevention designs is up to hundreds of, from the loading/unloading of products. product ID confirmation, equipment action closed-loop self-check, equipment action interlock, changeover identification and other aspects of mistake prevention. at the same time, the use of MES traceability system to ensure normal and orderly production.
